Elite Garage Door is a locally owned company serving Northwest Arkansas. The team is made up of people with decades of combined experience who know this area, care about this community, and take pride in doing things the right way.

Whether it is a new installation, a custom door or an emergency repair, the work comes with local accountability. We run two shops, in Rogers and Springdale, and dispatch 24/7 across Benton and Washington County and down to Fort Smith. Our two shop locations answer the same number.

Elite is a licensed and insured Arkansas contractor, license number 0409380126. Our technicians are employed by Elite, not subcontracted, so the person at your house answers to the same company you called.

OWNER AND CEO

Chandler Anderson

Chandler has been in the garage door industry for 14 years. He handles quality control and customer relations so every customer gets the best service from start to finish. He likes solving problems for customers, whether that means designing a custom garage door or getting more out of a climate-controlled space. Originally from Searcy, Arkansas, he now calls Northwest Arkansas home for the lakes, the mountains and the trail systems. Away from work it is family, wake surfing, mountain biking and Razorbacks basketball. He strives for perfection on every job.

SERVICE TECH MANAGER

Casey O’Brien

Casey has six years in the garage door industry and specializes in service. He likes getting customers out of their garage door trouble, especially in an emergency. Originally from the East Coast, he likes that Northwest Arkansas gives him city life and quiet woods in the same afternoon. Customers count on him for honesty and reliability.

Johnny Still

Johnny has seven years in the industry, and his specialty is finding a solution when others have failed. He was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, likes the seasons changing here, and rides bikes around the area. Customers rely on him to respect them and their property.

OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Jim O’Brien

Jim runs customer service and operations. He is a military veteran who has lived in Arkansas since 2016 and likes the family feel of Northwest Arkansas. He takes pride in the value Elite offers and in finding customers a fix for their door. Off the clock he is a sports fan who grills and spends time on the lake.

Jackie Still

Jackie has about three years in the industry, focused on residential garage doors. A Northwest Arkansas native, he is proud to call it home and likes knowing the customer is satisfied with the work. Customers count on him for politeness and courtesy on every install.

SERVICE TECH

Andrew Laird

Andrew handles both service calls and installations. He loves the reaction when a customer gets fast, professional service. He grew up in Northwest Arkansas and likes the food, the golf courses and the scenic drives. He golfs and hunts when he is off.

Zac has been in the industry for a year and a half and focuses on installations. He likes helping his neighbors and serving the local community. He is not originally from Northwest Arkansas, but he loves the mix of outdoor activity and city life: mountain biking, hiking, swimming and exploring.
